I purchased my gown after two visits to Lovely. I specifically had a really amazing time working with Salaya!! She was very kind and upbeat, and made me and my family feel very comfortable. Dress shopping can be quite stressful, and I appreciated how calm, helpful and attentive Salaya was throughout our two appointments with her.

Lovely has by far been our best experience from 4 different shops we've visited in the city. Although my sister didn't end up getting her dress from here, she really enjoyed the selection of dresses they had here. Her stylist Zen was super bubbly and knowledgeable, making our appointment a lot more enjoyable especially since it was her first time trying on dresses.

I ultimately found my wedding dress at Lovely Bridal in SF. I went to 4-6 other shops spanning from San Jose to walnut Creek and into San Francisco. I tried on numerous dresses before deciding to try out Lovely. I knew I wanted a dress by Made with Love and had my eyes set on a few different styles. The moment I stepped in the door, I had a feeling my dress was there! Marcella was my biggest hype girl!! We laughed, danced, and had the best time! She helped me through it all, and I ended up buying Valley- by Made with Love. Such a beautiful dress! Not only did Marcella help me find the dress, but unbeknownst to me until after I picked up the dress, that there some problems on the designer end and they ended up having to remake my dress. Marcella advocated beautifully for me during the entire processes! I'm very thankful for Lovely Bridal and Marcella for making this process so smooth!
